Malshet Ghat:

 

Malshej Ghat is beautiful hill station near Mumbai, at the height of 700 m above the sea level. This is the place for the nature lovers. Malshej Ghat has a cool climate and green cover will give you relief from daily hectic life. Bhivpuri Waterfalls:

 

Another  waterfalls for your weekend near Mumbai, Located on central railway, you can take the karjat local to reach the Bhivpuri. Distance from Mumbai by a road is 80 Kilometers, you can drive along the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. To enjoy the waterfalls you have to go in monsoon, when the fall is at its full force. In this place you can also enjoy a short-trek which will refresh your mind.
