-Rail: Ambernath has a local railway station, from where anyone can reach major suburbs such as Thane, Kalyan, and Ulhasnagar. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and Khopali on the central railway line.

 

Infrastructure:

 

Ambernath has a good infrastructure facility in form of educational, healthcare, Malls and retail outlets for daily requirements. A study indicates a growth in commercial and real estate projects will tighten the competition for developers who wish to enter this micro market.

 

Realty projects:

 

 Ambernath provides many affordable options for home buyers with a pretty view from the balcony. Residential projects with 1 and 2 BHK flats are preferred, followed by a smaller share of 3BHK units.
