Such is the story of a bunch of friends, who fortunately belonged to the field of real estate (construction). This similarity worked in their favour, as their interests were inclined towards the construction segment and they knew that their individual expertise could be used to create a bigger entity. Thus, in 2004, was born the name 'Shri Group Builders & Developers'. Since its inception in 2004, the Shri Group successfully executed a handful of projects in Nashik. The benchmarks for these projects were excellent quality and healthy relationship with the customers; which is maintained even today. In the year 2006, a highmark for the group was the respectful visit of the veteran D.S. Kulkarni on one of the Shri Group sites. This visit gave a admirable boost to the team, due to the positive and affirmative remarks of Mr. Kulkarni.
