Although Sigma One Landmarks Pvt. Ltd. was registered as a private limited company under that name in 2008, the Company has an enduring history in the field of real estate. It had its beginnings as a contracting firm, Saakar Associates, in 2002 which grew into a partnership property development company, Sankalp Saakar Associates in 2005.
