Mr. K. Umesh is Designated Partner of Lansum Properties. He has illustrious career in multiple sectors as a senior bureaucrat. Mr. K. Umesh did Mechanical Engineering degree from Andhra University and joined Defense for a short period. Later he joined Civil Services and served for 23 years. He was bestowed Presidential Award for his meritorious service in Customs, Excise and Service Tax departments. He took voluntary retirement and joined with NTR Memorial Trust as CEO and rendered valuable services for two years. His inborn interest and talent took him to construction field in association with MAG Leisures, Shree Rise Enclaves Pvt Ltd, Aditya Estates, Gambheeram Estates and Bhagyalakshmi Constructions. He is passionate and has in depth knowledge of Real estate industry both in Vizag and Hyderabad.
