Our founders, Mittal Builders, are known for being innovative and far-sighted when it comes to the construction business.
We were the first to look at ownership as an alternative to the Pagdi system. We were the first to appreciate the potential of reclaimed land in Mumbai - what is now Nariman Point. We followed it up with the redevelopment of old mill properties in Lower Parel - what is now the Phoenix Mall and residential property. It is this same spirit of innovation that has led us to create Living Habitats.
