Bandra is one of the most affluent suburbs of western Mumbai . Bandra has become a preferred residential destination for the high-income group. The locality mostly consists of multi-storey apartments, which command a premium. The locality offers good connectivity to other parts of the city and easy access to social infrastructure. The location is relatively well connected to most of the major business centres. A plethora of restaurants offering various cuisines, pubs, bars, high-street stores, multiple neighborhood shops, hardware shops, vegetable markets, fish and meat market etc are all present within close proximity of the area.
